"You will not find a more responsive insurance agent than the Aaron Furlong State Farm team. I reached out several months ago, while shopping for one insurance agent that could handle all my policies. Adam was kind and clearly explained all the policy options to me. I foolishly went with a Farmers agent based simply on price. Six months later I called Adam because he’s literally the only trustworthy insurance rep I’ve ever met and Farmers was being shady and non-responsive. Adam was right about everything. "Aaron, Lindsey, Justin & both Jennifers are so wonderful! They are all so down to earth, kind, funny, very professional, very knowledgeable, always willing to listen & help me with any questions I have. I have been with State farm for over 45 years now & have always had awesome customer service from Aaron Furlong & my original agent from back in the late 70s. My old agent retired years ago so I got reassigned to another agent. That agent was never available, didn’t care about her clients & some of her office staff were very rude. I got tired of being treated badly so I researched SF agents with great reviews & found Aaron Furlong. Aaron has several awesome family members working for him that have now become like family to me. I just got off the phone after talking to Justin again today who is always a pleasure to deal with. As a family they truly care about their clients & it really shows every time I call them. I would highly recommend Aaron & his team & I will never go anywhere else! They have always had my best interest in mind when helping me or answering my numerous questions. I finally went to their office about 7 weeks ago to meet them. I took them 1 of my delicious homemade coffee cakes to thank them for everything they have done to help me. It was so wonderful to meet Aaron & his team that day. I even received a thank you card in the mail a few days later thanking me for the cake. They really loved it so hopefully soon I can make them another 1. It would be so nice if all companies today had the same mindset when it comes to treating their clients well.
